ALL VENDOR TENT CANOPIES MUST SAY NFPA-701 ON THE TAG. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE NFPA-701 TAG, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO VEND WITHOUT A TENT CANOPY.

VEHICLES CLEARED OFF STREET: 2PM
ALL VENDORS PLEASE ENTER THRU MAIN ENTRANCE OF HILL COUNTRY GALLERIA LOCATED OFF HWY 71. We will have personnel at entrance greeting participants and directing them to their respective booth spaces. Overhead Map will be included in vendor packet and includes vendor booth #'s and locations.
Your booth number will be marked on street floor.
Once you arrive at your booth location, please unload your vehicle and go park before finishing final set up of space.
PARKING FOR VENDORS
We suggest parking in large parking garage on North side of main street (refer to MAP). There is ample parking throughout the Galleria grounds as well. All vehicles unloading after 2PM will have to manually carry any materials to booth space
GENERAL APPLICATION RULES
Booth fee is for booth space only. It is your responsibility to bring your own tent, tables, chairs and any other display items. All tent canopies must have NFPA-701 tag. If you tent canopy does not have an NFPA-701 tag, you will need to vend without a tent canopy.
Standard booth spaces are 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. You will be required to keep your display entirely within that space, without exception.
No generators allowed.
Electricity is not provided for art vendors. We suggest battery operated or solar lanterns for lighting.
ONSITE SPECIFICATIONS
Tents may NOT be secured to the street by nails or any other puncture procedure. This can result in a city citation and / or event expulsion.
Only items provided on vendors application and juried by Special Events Live staff are allowed. The sale of any other item may lead to event expulsion.
Vehicles are not allowed on the festival grounds until after the fireworks are finished and street is cleared of patrons.
LOAD-OUT
The vendor part of the event officially ends at 9:00PM.
FIREWORKS START @ 9:40PM.
All equipment must be torn down and off the street by 11:59 PM, Sunday night.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
There are no refunds or cancellations.
This event is held in a temporary outdoor venue; as such we are affected by weather and other factors that are out of our control.
We cannot reimburse for displays or any vendor products or items that may be affected by weather or other occurring circumstances that may cause damage to vendor’s property.
