There will be no registration after the deadline and no registration the day of the Festival.
No pets allowed.
Security personnel will be provided and all reasonable care exercised, but the Candler Park Festival will not be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise or for injury to anyone participating in the show.
There will be no rain date. No refunds will be given for cancellation AFTER SEPTEMBER 1st.
No merchandise may be sold or displayed at Fall Fest that creates a public nuisance or large quantity of litter.
No food or beverage may be sold in Artist booths.
No amplified music allowed.

Please email artistmarket@candlerpark.org if you have booth location preferences, and we will do our very best to accomodate your request. Booth requests must be made prior to September 1.
Set up for the exhibition will be Friday, October 3rd for booths located inside the park (specific times assigned between 3pm and 8pm). If you cannot make a Friday load-in, please let us know and we will not place you in these booth locations.
Load in for booths outside the park boundaries will be early morning, Saturday, October 4. Load in times will be staggered. We will send you the time for your load in two weeks before the festival. Festival volunteers will be at the exhibit area to direct you to your assigned booth for unloading. Vehicles (maximum of 2) must be moved after unloading.
Load out will begin at 7pm on Sunday October 5th and will be staged according to booth location.
